The residence, renovated in 2002, has a wonderful location near the large beach, directly accessible by our guests. It is ideal for surfers and yachtsmen, and you can go for relaxing walks in the mountains or charming boat trips on the lake. It is also a base for excursions on Monte Legnone with various stops in the several rural tourist facilities there and horseback excursions following routes at the foot of the mountain. There are parking places inside the residence. Animals are allowed.
